1989
First building at Shirdi Nagar, Bhayandar East.
1990s
Seven buildings across RNP Park, Sai Baba Nagar and Navghar Road.
2005
Medtiya Nagar Phase I begins — fourteen buildings over thirteen years.
2025
Medtiya Raviraj handed over. Two towers on site in Sai Baba Nagar.
